Fraudulent in-app ad behavior

The app shows a full screen ad every time it launches. It shows a button to skip the ad at top right corner and a round progress indicator. However, the ad doesnt disappear when the progress circle reaches its end. Theres an obvious delay. Besides, its really hard to tap the skip button. About 30% of times I tried to tap the skip but tapped the ad itself.
